In addition to support services provided by our service engineers, the provision of maintenance parts, and other services, we offer a range of services using IoT (Internet of Things).
For example, the remote monitoring of equipment enables a failure to be predicted and a service engineer to be sent, or other actions to be taken in the case of a problem, not to mention allowing regular maintenance.

In addition, the equipment operation status information permits our service engineers to make productivity improvement proposals.
At TOWA, we contribute to the business development of customers by combining our experience with new technologies.

Support Services

For our support services, we connect customers' equipment with TOWA by means of IoT, in addition to having our engineers provide services. We thereby help customers to prevent problems with their equipment.

Parts Supply Services

With the information sharing and abundant inventory within the TOWA Group, we promptly provide consumables and parts requested by customers.
We refer to images and information provided by customers and select and provide optimal parts to them, and also select and design parts as alternatives to those for discontinued equipment, which are difficult to obtain. Please consult us if you need such parts.
