About End-of-Life Models

When sales of a product are discontinued, we supply parts for the product as a paid service for a period of “seven years after sales cease.” For products that are no longer produced but for which we provide maintenance services, we will supply parts where possible.

*Please understand that where the production of a product you purchased has been discontinued, it will be difficult for us to provide its parts at the usual prices and within the standard delivery period, and it may not be possible to provide its parts depending on the situation.
