TOWA is committed to maintaining and improving the health of all employees based on the belief that when people are healthy, full of energy, both physically and mentally, and the company’s business will flourish.
We promote the creation of a workplace full of smiles and rich in spirit, and aim to create wellbeing for employees and their families as well as brighter society.

TOWA’s Health-focused management

TOWA is promoting the following measures.

    Physical health We support the physical health of our employees by providing regular health check and health apps.
In addition, we have hired a dedicated licensed massage therapist and set up a health care room.
    Mental health We have introduced counseling services and provide mental health training to our employees.
We provide an environment where employees can maintain their mental health.
    Corporate culture / Engagement We publish an online internal newsletter and hold internal events.
Through these activities, we deepen bonds among employees.
    Work-life balance We maintain a healthy work-life balance for our employees by introducing flexible working hours and remote work.
We are also promoting the enhancement of our vacation system.

    Physical health
  • Regular health check

              We conduct annual health checkups for all employees as part of our commitment to workplace wellness.
              Additionally, employees aged 40 and above are offered comprehensive screenings that include cancer detection.
              Female employees are also provided with opportunities to undergo breast and cervical cancer screenings.
 

  • Introduction of health apps

              We have introduced a health management app that enables users to receive AI-driven health advice
              by logging their meals and exercise routines.
              The app also includes an event feature, which we utilize to organize company-wide walking events,
              fostering employee wellness and engagement.

    Mental health
  • Provision of counseling services

              We have introduced professional counseling services provided by certified mental health specialists,
              offering employees confidential support to promote psychological well-being and a healthy work environment.
 

  • Provide mental health training

              We offer mental health training programs tailored to both management and general staff,
              aiming to raise awareness, promote psychological well-being, and foster a supportive workplace environment.

  • Holding of sports events

              We organized a sports event at our company-owned facility to promote employee wellness, teamwork,
              and active engagement in a healthy lifestyle.
 

  • Publish an online internal newsletter

              We publish an internal online newsletter for our employees to share updates and initiatives.
              This program is designed to foster a positive corporate culture and enhance employee engagement across the organization.

  • Improving the rate of paid leave utilization

              We are working to increase the utilization rate of paid leave through the implementation of our unique vacation system,
              designed to encourage employees to take time off and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
