Introduction to our initiatives
Physical health |
- Regular health check
We conduct annual health checkups for all employees as part of our commitment to workplace wellness.
Additionally, employees aged 40 and above are offered comprehensive screenings that include cancer detection.
Female employees are also provided with opportunities to undergo breast and cervical cancer screenings.
- Introduction of health apps
We have introduced a health management app that enables users to receive AI-driven health advice
by logging their meals and exercise routines.
The app also includes an event feature, which we utilize to organize company-wide walking events,
fostering employee wellness and engagement.
Mental health |
- Provision of counseling services
We have introduced professional counseling services provided by certified mental health specialists,
offering employees confidential support to promote psychological well-being and a healthy work environment.
- Provide mental health training
We offer mental health training programs tailored to both management and general staff,
aiming to raise awareness, promote psychological well-being, and foster a supportive workplace environment.
Corporate culture / Engagement |
- Holding of sports events
We organized a sports event at our company-owned facility to promote employee wellness, teamwork,
and active engagement in a healthy lifestyle.
- Publish an online internal newsletter
We publish an internal online newsletter for our employees to share updates and initiatives.
